Half the sky. (O-2-O)
“Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women”
For the first time the full collection of paintings titled Half the Sky based on the book Half the Sky by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn will be on display.
Part of the proceeds donated to “Paintings for a Cause” a charitable foundation, using the arts to support organisations making a better world.
Works of artist Chris Badenoch will also be on display.
Chris is an Australian artist, who is deeply inspired by Surrealism, Pop Surrealism and Baroque painters (Caravaggio in particular).
